電子票證小額付費風潮興起，吸引相關業者合縱連橫，擴大搶市！全家便利商店表示，今年以來使用悠遊卡小額付費的民眾，比去年增加2成，為此全家順勢自7月起，接受全國第2大、卡數多達450萬張的「一卡通」（iPASS）付費，亦即iPASS等於可進一步跨界消費。目前悠遊卡是國內最大電子票證，發行卡數達4600萬張，儲值餘額截至今年5月底，達38.6億元。統一超商表示，目前接受悠遊卡、icash、和icash悠遊卡、icash wave卡共4種電子票證，目前也確定，未來將和「一卡通」合作。if (typeof(ONEAD) !== "undefined"){ONEAD.cmd = ONEAD.cmd || [];ONEAD.cmd.push(function(){ONEAD_slot('div-inread-ad', 'inread');});} 據了解，icash自從整合到統一旗下的愛金卡公司後，悄悄計畫大變身，不僅規畫在統一超相關企業如統一星巴克、康是美、COLD STONE等通路皆可使用，也可一起累積點數，並擬找國內發卡量大的銀行，一起合作發行聯名卡，不過統一超昨不願證實，是否發行聯名卡。全家便利商店昨表示，全台2900家據點增加「一卡通」的付費機制後，共接受悠遊卡、「台灣通」3種電子票證付費，「台灣通」是基隆、台中、台南和金門公車，以及雙北市聯營公車使用的儲值卡，目前發卡量達260萬張，實力也不可小覷。全家便利商店總經理張仁敦表示，為讓全台消費者皆能享受更加輕鬆與便利的購物服務，採「開放平台」策略，導入民眾習慣使用的交通基礎支付工具，來便利商店使用小額付費。張仁敦表示全家為慶祝一卡通啟用，推出在9月中旬前，限量2萬份，用「一卡通」或一卡通聯名卡，在全家消費168元以上，就送35元全家便利商店兌換券。另一方面，由遠東集團出資成立的遠鑫電子票證，已獲金管會和公平會核准發行。遠鑫表示，目前還在規畫發行時間和細節，電子票證儲值上限規畫1萬元。據了解，歐美國家的百貨公司早已盛行多年的電子票證，有望在遠鑫發行電子票證後，成為全台百貨使用的首例，將可在遠東百貨、SOGO百貨使用，未來父母可透過這項電子票證，限制子女在百貨公司的消費額度，因其額度比信用卡更小；另外，國外常以非記名的電子票證，當成禮物贈與，這部分要視國內相關法規，決定是否通行。
